SAN DIEGO, CA – KES Inc. (www.kes.com) founder and CEO, John Yi, was selected to take part in a panel discussion held by the SPAWAR Industry Executive Network to discuss, with other key members of the defense community, a number of controversial topics largely tied to impending DOD spending cuts.
During the panel discussion, Yi discussed how he was positioning KES to be successful in light of the difficult economic times. “…If we have specific capabilities and focus on the customer and [their] success, I think that will be the recipe for us to get through this,” said Yi.
The event attracted over 300 industry and military managers to the former Naval Training Center in Point Loma to listen to the panelists, of which included not only representatives from SPAWAR, but also executives from a number of regional defense contractors.
