SAN DIEGO, CA – KES Inc. (www.kes.com) founder and CEO, John Yi, will co-chair a panel discussion entitled Governing when the ESOP is a Minority Shareholder, with Jason Ray of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Jack Veale of PTCFO, Inc., as part of the 2012 NCEO/Beyster Institute’s Annual Conference in Minneapolis.

The conference will be held from April 25-27, 2012 and will bring together hundreds of ESOP-company professionals to discuss a wide array of employee-ownership related issues. Specifically, Yi will be discussing the types of governance issues that surface when an ESOP is a minority owner, and the founder or owner still has ownership control.
