KES’s experience in project management, engineering, configuration management and logistics is illustrated by the complete project life-cycles for over 90 parallel and overlapping Delivery/Task Orders totaling in excess of $40M over the past 5 years, producing all complex deliverables within schedule, scope and budget by innovatively using management textbook processes such as:

  • Gathering stakeholder needs and input and developing a full scope project methodology using a myriad of software tools that included flow-charting and diagramming; WBS; risk planning; methods and procedures (M&P) for identifying and considering external triggers; supplier interfaces; evaluation of business needs, quality, development; project initiation and implementation development; communications and documentation;
  • Escalating critical unresolved issues appropriately with relevant analysis and recommendations; 
  • Forecasting and tracking project expenses and conducting variance analysis;
  • Authoring and supervising the execution of creative processes outlined in the project’s management plan(s) thus effectively decreasing latency and increasing quality.

    Additionally KES staff has been the recipient of several recognition awards by SSC-Pacific for outstanding support in the fields of Research & Development (R&D), Trade-off Analysis and developing Training programs.
