SAN DIEGO, CA., July 24, 2018 – KES Inc. (www.kes.com) today announced a $35 million subcontract award by STF, Ltd. to support the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic’s mission to support the various aspects of engineering, testing, integration, and installation of Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems aboard U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and foreign military surface platforms as well as shore installations at U.S. Navy Commands.
Under the subcontract, KES will provide on-site representative support/zone integrator services, alteration installation team manager technical support for both surface and shore platforms, shore modernization Installation Management Office and Regional Shore Installation Management (RSIM) support, systems engineering support and the corresponding logistics support for SSC Atlantic.
SSC Atlantic reports directly to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command located in San Diego, California and delivers Information Warfare capabilities, including communication systems (radios), networking systems (routers/switches), cyber operations (red team/forensics/network defense), intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (sensors/decision support applications), business systems (benefits/personnel) and information security to many naval, joint and national agencies.
