KES Inc. was founded in 1994 by John S. Yi, to better serve the information systems needs of the United States Navy as well as other branches of the U.S. military and other agencies of the U.S. Government. Mr. Yi, a Korean-American immigrant, has served the U.S. Government since 1986 and thoroughly understands the business of government contracting.
