KES provides the following technical, engineering, and ILS services in support of an ISEA customer
Fleet Support Activities
CASREP resolution troubleshooting & repair CASREP, SOT, C5RA, CSSQT, & DGSIT
System Installation and Integration (PITCO & SOVT)
Develop system training curriculum, facilitate training instruction and update the Navy Training Plan (NTP)
Develop System Technical Manuals
Development of technical procedures (i.e. Acceptance Test, SOVT & PITCO
Engineering and Design
Conduct Ship check/site surveys
Hardware modeling and simulation
Development of the following engineering documentation:
TDP
IRD
ICD
SIDS
ILS Support Activities
Develop and provide inputs to Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Logistics Data Bases (LSA/LSAR), or Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
Warehouse management
Shipping/receiving
Develop Key Supplemental Supporting Documentation (KSSD) for OMS material
Material management utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) in tracking, receiving and issuing parts.
Configuration Management
Develop and revise CM program plans
Establish and maintain a definitive data base for control and status accounting of configuration items
Maintain configuration baselines for assigned items addressing installation of hardware and distribution of software
