Mark Dani - Director, Finance & Accounting

Mark Dani is Director of Accounting and Finance for KES Inc. Mark is responsible for managing all KES accounting, finance, treasury, forecasting and financial compliance functions and provides financial guidance to KES’s Executive Team. He serves as the Company liaison to its financial service providers and government audit agencies. Mark has over 30 years of experience in financial reporting and operations. Throughout his career, he developed, implemented and managed corporate financial and business systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Prior to KES, Mr. Dani spent 20 years at Con Edison in New York. During his tenure, he held various positions, including managing the Company’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system and overseeing all technical aspects of the accounting system including the preparation of budgets and forecasts. At Con Edison, he led initiatives to replace the Company’s accounting, budgeting and metering systems and provided ongoing support once they were implemented. Mark is committed to operational excellence, striving to enhance processes, ensuring both accuracy and accountability all while surpassing performance standards and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Prior to Con Edison, Mr. Dani was the Corporate Controller at North American Trust Company in San Diego. In this role, he managed all accounting and finance operations of the Company. This included the overall responsibility of the Company’s financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audits, and staff supervision.

Mr. Dani is a California native and holds an Associate of Science from Grossmont College in San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angles. Mark is passionate about health and fitness and is an active member of the running community.
