(www.kes.com) Founder and CEO, John Yi, was invited to co-chair an Employee Stock Ownership workshop alongside The Beyster Institute of the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego titled “Using Employee Stock Ownership to Build the Company You Want”. This year’s workshop marks the fourth time Yi has been invited to co-chair the workshop and his continued involvement reflects the tremendous growth and upsurge of innovation Employee Ownership has brought to KES.

Yi will share with prominent members of the defense industry of San Diego the benefits and potential pitfalls of starting an Employee Stock Ownership program and shaping such a plan to benefit both the existing ownership and the new shareholders enrolling in the program.
