SAN DIEGO, CA – KES Inc. (www.kes.com) Founder and CEO, John Yi, was invited to participate in a panel discussion on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) at the Rady School of Management at UCSD. The event will take place on April 10, 2018 from 5:30-7:30PM and will be hosted at Otterson Hall in UC San Diego. The event is hosted by The Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management at UCSD for Conscious Capitalism San Diego (ccsandiego.org).
Mr. Yi has been a strong advocate for employee ownership, believing that empowering individual employee-owners to be successful fosters a culture of innovation and personal investment within the organization. “I’m excited to speak in the panel discussion,” said Mr. Yi. “I hope my experiences with turning KES into an employee owned company will be insightful to other business leaders thinking about doing the same.”
